We started the mortgage process in New York and thanks to Richard’s experience were able to overcome the issues we had dealing long distance. At one point my mortgage broker told me how impressed he was with Richard’s knowledge and how much easier it was for him to finalize the mortgage commitment and closing papers.

Richard’s support did not stop at the closing. He and his team have helped me through the utility switchover process as well as recommending people for lawn care, painting, pool care, etc. Since we were not able to move into the house for a few months, he or his assistant always met them at my home and insured the work was completed properly.

He helped locate a beautiful model home on a lake, which I had overlooked in my initial searches, and it is that property that I now call home.

While I was waiting to close on my home and Hurricane Matthew hit, and the beachside hotel I was in was set to be evacuated, Richard went above and beyond the call of duty, finding me the last available hotel room in the Melbourne area. Later, when we ran into issues with my mortgage company’s appraisal system right before closing, Richard spoke with my builder and convinced him to extend my closing date, despite the fact that the builder initially wanted to put the home back on the market. Even once I had closed on my home, Richard explained the importance of filing for my homestead exemption, and provided recommendations on handymen and other personnel in the area.

From speaking with others who have worked with Richard and his team, while the service I received was nothing short of exceptional, it is clear that for his team, “exceptional” is their standard. It is true what others say, that Richard and his agents are still there for you even after your home closes.

I just want to say how very much we enjoyed working with Karr Professional Group during our recent relocation to the Melbourne area. My husband and I have moved several times over the years, and we have worked with a number of realtors (many awful, and a few good), and I have to say that our experience with Richard Karr has been one of the best experiences (if not THE best experience) that we’ve had.

Richard began working with us before we arrived in town, setting up a search and answering questions about the various areas. Then, when we arrived for the home-search, Richard showed us a VERY large number of houses in a few days, giving us information about various neighborhoods and areas, and he listened to what we liked and didn’t like about the various properties. When it came time to make an offer, he had comps within a couple of hours, and we were able to get under contract within a day.

I would just like to let you know about are wonderful experience we had with your real estate agent Lucy Bierlein.

Upon my companies announcement that they would be relocating from NY to Melbourne, and our decision to accept the relocation, we needed to find a real estate agent in Melbourne to familiarize us with the area.

My relocation package required that we use certain real estate companies and lucky for us Karr was on the list. We came across Lucy from a co-worker of my wife who recommended Lucy to us.

We wanted to take a minute to tell you about our great experience with Robert Beatty. We met Robert in November of last year and were immediately impressed with his calm, personable and professional personality.

We knew we were moving because of work and we were facing some real challenges, there was a good deal of remodeling that needed to be completed and I was working out of the state. After talking with Robert that first time I knew right away that he was going to make sure everything went well. He just gave me confidence that my family was in good hands and he proved that all along the way as he was right there with us the whole time while going through what turned out to be a longer than expected but extremely satisfying sale of our home.

We had completed the home remodel in the spring and shortly after Robert listed our home he had a buyer, that prospective buyer had a home inspection done and unfortunately found some things we needed to have repaired. Carla had already moved to Alabama and that’s when Robert took over. I scheduled the contractors to make the repairs and Robert would open the house, make sure it was locked at the end of the day and gave us progress updates as the work was being done. Robert worked his tail off for us and we listed our home again in September. And again shortly after it was listed Robert had another buyer and this time the home inspection was perfect, Robert was with us every step of the way and we closed at the end of October.

We’re not sure how this would have turned out without Robert but we are certainly sure it turned out this good because of Robert.

We would give the highest recommendation for Mr. Beatty to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. Robert is truly a caring professional who proved to be good friend to our family and a damn good man. He must be an extremely valuable member of the Karr Professional Group.
